Design & construction of a tarmac pump track within a public park.
The Chudleigh pump track is located between a busy playground and an existing concrete skate park. We designed it with both beginners and experienced riders in mind, incorporating a balance bike loop for younger users alongside a main track featuring multi-directional berms and jumps.
The riding surface is a specialist smooth tarmac. Side tapers and run-off areas were finished with play park safety rubber crumb and lawn turf to ensure a safe and visually integrated design.
