World’s Largest Dirt Quarter Pipe at Revolution Bike Park
Located within a disused quarry in Wales, we were tasked with building the world's largest dirt quarter pipe.
The quarter pipe towered over 6 metres high. The construction was a huge undertaking, achieved by stacking and compacting material before carefully excavating the transition.
Compaction was achieved using bespoke tools we fabricated specifically for the job.
The event saw the best BMX riders in the world fly in and do battle, landing world-first tricks.
